A Pennsylvania mom stunned social media and medical professionals by capturing video of her newborn, Nyilah Daise Tzabari, crawling and lifting her head at just three days old — milestones typically reached months later.

Samantha Mitchell, 34, said she recorded the moment on her mother’s advice, knowing few would believe it otherwise. Since then, Nyilah has continued to hit milestones early: rolling over at 18 days, standing with support at 3 months, and mimicking sounds by 6 weeks.
