Woman Demands Nestle ‘Give In’ To Her Demand, Company Issues Statement In Response

Salma Ahmad, a student at King’s College London, made headlines after demanding a lifetime supply of Kit Kat bars from Nestlé. Ahmad discovered several bars in an eight-pack were missing their signature wafers and wrote a letter to Nestlé asking for a full refund — and unlimited Kit Kats for life — citing emotional and monetary loss.

Frustrated by the lack of response, Ahmad insisted Nestlé owed her an apology and better quality control, joking that she could act as their personal “quality inspector.” Nestlé responded by encouraging her to reach out again for proper investigation.

The story quickly went viral, with some supporting her bold stance and others criticizing her demand as over-the-top and entitled.
