A plumber from Liverpool is going viral for his act of kindness—offering free plumbing services to the elderly and vulnerable. James, the man behind the mission, promises “free plumbing for life” to those in need, saying, “We need to look out for each other.”

Though now internet-famous, James credits his work to a sense of community. “It makes me feel human and humble,” he says. His service, Depher, currently based in Burnley, aims to expand nationwide with support from other generous plumbers.

Inspired by James, fellow plumber Bruce Drury, 63, applauds the effort. “Giving our services to the elderly is something they truly appreciate,” he says.
