DIY Halloween Tree

DIY Halloween Tree

Want a spooky Halloween tree without spending much? Hereโ€™s a quick, budget-friendly DIY idea: transform a green Christmas tree into a dark Halloween centerpiece with black spray paint.

Supplies:
Green Christmas Tree (any size)
Black Multi-Surface Spray Paint & Primer (2 cans, indoor/outdoor)
Lights (orange or any Halloween-themed color)
Ornaments (Dollar Tree or thrifted)
Extras: Face mask, old sheet, or cardboard for spraying.
Steps:
Assemble and fluff your tree, then place it on a sheet or cardboard.
Spray the tree with a light coat, let it dry, and repeat for 2-3 coats. Fill any missed spots.
Add lights, ornaments, and other decorations to complete the look.
Use thrifted or discounted items to keep costs low, and donโ€™t forget to grab an extra can of spray paint just in case. For my project, I used orange lights from Home Depot ($2.49โ€“$4.95) and ornaments from Dollar Tree ($1โ€“$1.98).

Get creative and enjoy your spooky DIY! Stay tuned for more Halloween ideas, like my upcoming branch tree project.
