President Trump’s top legal aide, Alina Habba, gave a behind-the-scenes look at what she called Biden’s “fake Oval Office” during several photo ops. In a video shared with her followers, Habba toured a replica White House room styled as a generic space, not the iconic Oval Office. The set included state-of-the-art lighting, screens, and teleprompters, and Habba stood behind a dark wooden desk with an American flag in the background.

The room, located in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, was used by Biden for various televised events, including receiving his COVID-19 vaccination. Habba criticized Biden’s use of the set, noting the convenience it provided for reading scripts without teleprompters visible on camera. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller also suggested that the set allowed Biden to read from a monitor without the need for a teleprompter visible to viewers.
