**Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Beef Stew**
**Ingredients** (Serves 4):
– 2 lbs beef stew meat (1-inch cubes)
– 1 packet onion soup mix
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup beef broth
**Directions**:
1. Place beef in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
3. Add mushroom soup and beef broth; stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on **low for 8 hours**. Stir before serving.
**Tips**: Add garlic or Worcestershire sauce for flavor, or toss in carrots and potatoes. Thicken with a cornstarch slurry if desired.
