Born 14 weeks premature and weighing just one pound, Tru Beare faced immense challenges in her first months of life. She endured blood clots, chronic lung disease, MRSA, retinopathy, a congenital heart defect, and more, spending four months in the hospital.

Despite these hardships, Truโ€™s resilience shone through. After seven blood transfusions and the tireless efforts of medical staff, she progressed from an incubator to low-flow oxygen and finally went home after 120 days.

Today, Tru thrives as a big sister, growing and learning just like her peers. Her story is a powerful reminder of the strength of the human spirit and the boundless love of family.

Truโ€™s journey proves that with perseverance and hope, even the toughest obstacles can be overcome.
